The mobile application incontrol MT only calculates and presents specific types of deadlines occurring in the future and is applicable to Maltese private limited companies only and not to Maltese public limited companies (plc). Not necessary all deadlines of a Maltese company are calculated are presented. Full and exclusive responsibility remains with the user to comply with Maltese or any other applicable foreign law. The developers of the app or any other related person shall not be held responsible for any penalty or any other type of liability for any missed deadline irrespective of whether or not the deadline was calculated and/or presented by the mobile application incontrol MT. The use of the mobile application does not exonerate in any way any person from his or her responsibilities and/or obligations at law. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy of the calculated dates, by using our mobile application, it is agreed that no person shall be held liable for any inaccuracy or omission of any calculation.
